• 3rd-5th pipe Materials: Q345B undergone quenched-tempered heat treatment.
• Kelly drive stub Materials: Soid forging with HRC305-335 and tensile strength 1050 Mpa.
• External pressure key: 35CrMoTi.
• Kelly spring Materials:60Si2Mn.

Delivery time: Normally within 10 working days after get the deposit.

Package & Shipping time: Usually for Kelly bar exported standard wrapped with aluminum film and fixed pallet tray shipped by bulk cargo vessel.

Trade terms: We offer EXW/FOB/CIF/CIP/DDP... port price.

Payment terms: 30% T/T as deposit, 70% T/T balance payment before shipment.

ONE year since manufacture date. Out-of-warranty, online video for trouble-shooting or paid maintenance service with engineers sent to be abroad.

The internal drive keys are made of high strength and wear-resistant steel plate. These welded components also undergo special heat treatments. It not only improves the drive keys wear resistantproperties, but also the welding properties.
